How SafeWriter Works
A simple and secure process for both writers and employers in Kenya.
1. Employer Posts a Job
An employer details their writing needs and decides if the job is **public** (visible to all writers for bidding) or **private** (visible only to their hired writers).
2. Payment is Secured via Escrow
For public orders, the employer reserves the full payment in our secure escrow system. This guarantees the writer will be paid upon successful completion. (Highly trusted employers may have different terms).
3. Writers Engage with the Job
Public writers can bid on public jobs, showcasing their skills and rates. Private writers are notified of jobs from their employer and can either bid or take them directly.
4. Work and Collaborate
The selected writer begins work, collaborating with the employer. They can submit drafts and make revisions until the employer is 100% satisfied with the quality.
5. Payment is Released
Once the work is approved, the employer releases the payment from escrow. The funds are instantly credited to the writer's account, with easy withdrawals available via M-Pesa.
